Emotional Intelligence

While IQ and EQ are related, they are not the same thing and measure different aspects of intelligence. A person can have a high IQ and a low EQ, or vice versa.

Why is EQ important?

EQ has been shown to be important for success in personal and professional settings, and is associated with better mental health and well-being.
